In 1920, the ACLU was founded to protect us from the government responding to reactionary groups that wanted to set limits on the Bill of Rights. Since then, ACLU members have fought to protect those rights, not only for themselves and their generation, but for future generations of Americans. With our new youth initiatives already in place, we know we can do it – with your help.

If you are already a member, please consider contributing making a tax-deductible gift to the ACLU of Kansas and Western Missouri Foundation.

You can make a donation to the Amicus Council for monthly giving. A contribution of $20, $35, or even $100 from concerned Americans like you, who recognize the threats to our liberty and are prepared to resist, will help us maintain a vigorous and determined defense.

  • Amicus Council - Members are attorneys who serve as ambassadors to the larger community in which they live and work, communicating the mission, values and focus of the ACLU of Kansas and Western Missouri.
