Volunteer with the ACLU

Volunteers committed to civil liberties met for the first time in a friend's basement in 1961. This small group of volunteers formed the agency known today as the ACLU of Kansas & Western Missouri. These dedicated individuals were the foundation of ACLU's success and its role in the community, and they still are. As a volunteer for ACLU of Kansas & Western Missouri you have an opportunity to contribute your time, talents and treasures in a variety of ways. Because of the uniqueness of our programs, activities are available during the daytime, during the week, on the weekends and some evenings. Your commitment can be tailored to meet your schedule.
