Warrantless Blood Tests Ruled Illegal
Pursuant to ACLU recommendations, the Missouri Supreme court ruled warrantless blood tests to be illegal. In a very strong opinion, the court stated that a nonconsenual blood test would be in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
